COGNITIVE REMEDIATION THERAPY FOR SENIORS

Cognitive Remediation Therapy is also known as Brain Health and Fitness focuses on maintaining and/or improving memory functioning, focus, processing speed, delayed recall, and cognitive flexibility, as well as cognitive assistance in developing daily living skills for individuals with mild to moderate cognitive impairment. Our goal is to strengthen memory functioning and help individuals transfer progress to daily living skills. Interactive interventions and group sessions are utilized to help achieve goals of optimal cognitive health.
